Luther Preparatory School - Watertown, WI: LPS is a four year preparatory high school owned and operated by the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. Its primary purpose is to train and encourage young people for the pastoral and teaching ministry in the WELS. In carrying out that purpose, LPS offers a curriculum that focuses on history, mathematics, science, English, foreign languages, music, and religion. LPS also offers a wide variety of co-curricular activities in music, performing arts, and athletics.

Michigan Lutheran Seminary - Saginaw, MI: Michigan Lutheran Seminary (MLS) is a four-year high school owned and operated by the WELS. MLS is a college preparatory school which gives its students a solid foundation for future work in college. However, the special purpose of MLS, as our catalog states (p.4), is "to train students for the public ministry of the gospel and to enroll them upon graduation at Martin Luther College, New Ulm, MN."

Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary - Mequon, WI: The purpose of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary is to offer theological training for men who desire to enter the pastoral ministry of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod or of churches within its confessional fellowship. WELS Church Library Organization (CLO) assists the Synod in carrying out its mission of teaching all nations. It's mission is to expand the availability of Christian literature and other resources for all ages through the promotion of church libraries. They serve to: provide a forum for the sharing of ideas and fellowship among church librarians, encourage and assist existing church libraries, be as beneficial as possible to their individual congregations, and encourage and assist congregations that do not have a library to start one

Evangelical Lutheran Synod Historical Society

Founded by the Evangelical Lutheran Synod in June 1996, the ELS Historical Society promotes interest in the historical and doctrinal heritage of Lutheranism, particularly of the Evangelical Lutheran Synod and its institutions; stimulates historical research; publishes historical studies; assists congregations in the preservation of local congregational history; preserves items of museum quality; and, provides assistance to the ELS Department of Archives and History.

WELS Historical Institute

Started in 1982, the purpose of the WELS Historical Institute is to preserve and present the story of God’s grace to WELS. The institute helps WELS and its congregations gather historical materials and artifacts for preservation, maintains the Salem Landmark Church Museum, and publishes a bi-annual journal and newsletter.

Calvary Academy: Presently, Calvary Academy students range in age from 11 to 18 years and come from WELS/ELS homes. The children who come to Calvary Academy are struggling with life, wrestling with emotional disturbance, and failing to serve Jesus. Typically, students have average to above-average intelligence. Their parents will have exhausted their resources for help.
Christian Life Resources: Christian Life Resources educates people on what God's Word has to say about the value and sanctity of human life. The intent is to mobilize Christians to make God-pleasing decisions about life issues. They focus attention on many life issues such as abortion, infertility, birth control, post-abortion syndrome, infanticide, medical directive statements, assisted suicide, and euthanasia.
Jesus Cares Ministries: Jesus Cares Ministries exists to bring the saving, loving message of our Lord and Savior to children and adults with special needs, and their families, through Christian support, education, worship, fellowship, and evangelism. Our programs warmly reach out to welcome and share the Gospel with everyone.
Lutheran Association for Church Extension: The mission of LACE is to provide low-cost loans to churches, providing a helping hand to congregations as they proclaim the Word of God.
New Beginnings, A Home for Mothers: New Beginnings, A Home for Mothers is located in the metro Denver area of Colorado and helps women from anywhere in the world. New Beginnings provides a place for a single mother to have a new beginning in caring for her child. Here she learns to become a responsible parent and role model for her child.

Wisconsin Lutheran Child & Family Service: Wisconsin Lutheran Child and Family Service (WLCFS) was founded in 1965 to reflect the healing and helping ministry of Jesus Christ. As an outreach arm of WELS and ELS members, this charitable agency today serves thousands of God's people in their special needs. Through a staff of trained professionals, WLCFS offers spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical support to those who look to this organization for help.

Camp Lor-Ray near Muskegon, Michigan - ELS & WELS: Camp Lor-Ray is an association of individuals, all members of ELS and WELS churches who together own and operate a 165 acre campground near Muskegon, Michigan. Individuals and families who are members of ELS and WELS congregations are welcomed and invited to come and camp in the "Family Camp" area of the campground. The other area, known as "Kids Camp" is available by reservation for use by ELS and WELS churches and/or their families for those activities more suited to a campground setting.
